Judge denies theater shooting victims' request

A judge is refusing to let some victims of the theater shooting in Aurora see sealed court documents in the case against the suspect.
    
The judge on Tuesday denied their request to see arrest warrant and search warrant affidavits, an inventory of what was found after the search warrant was executed, and disclosure of transcripts of 911 calls related to the shooting.
    
The documents are covered under the judge's gag order in the case.
