Joseph Wolfe Arrested In Kelly Thomas Beating Death: Third Fullerton Police Officer Charged

A third former Fullerton police officer has been charged in the beating death of a mentally ill homeless man after a violent confrontation with police last year, prosecutors said Thursday.
