Man arrested for DWI after hitting parked police car on Interstate

"A Cape Girardeau police officer was called to divert fast-moving motorists away from a potentially suicidal situation Sunday night when a man was threatening to jump from an Interstate 55 overpass. Instead, Officer James Zeidler found himself forced to lunge from an allegedly intoxicated driver who crashed his SUV into the policeman's strategically placed squad car."
